55 y/o female, history of diabetes, found down and with altered mental status by family. Glucose "to high to be measured" per EMS. Temp 98.0 HR 88 BP 80/50 RR 28 sating 95% room air. Physical exam notable for female that responds minimally to painful stimuli. Rest of exam essentially unremarkable.
