Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

ECG Clues:

  • ventricular hypertrophy

  • atrial hypertrophy

  • more prominent septal depolarization as evidenced by Q waves in inferior (II, III, aVF) and lateral (I, aVL, V5, V6)
