  2. tall R in V1-2
  3. shorter QRS interval
  4. shorter PR interval
  5. relatively faster HR
  6. inverted T waves in leads V1-3
These differences arise because of an infant's proportionately larger right ventricle yet still smaller total cardiac muscle mass relative to an adult's heart.
