Localize this stroke: pure motor hemiparesis of unilateral face, arm, and leg

Lacunar infarct of:

1. posterior limb of internal capsule - secondary to occlusion of lenticulostriate arteries

OR

2. ventral pons - secondary to occlusion of ventral penetrating branches of basilar artery
