Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy
ECG Clues:
- ventricular hypertrophy
- atrial hypertrophy
- more prominent septal depolarization as evidenced by Q waves in inferior (II, III, aVF) and lateral (I, aVL, V5, V6)
