Have you ever wanted to post your powerpoint slides onto your blog or website? It's actually easier than you think. You'll need:
- Your Powerpoint file
- A free Google Picasa account
- Your target website or blog
- Within your Powerpoint file, select "Save As..."
- Save your files in PNG format. This will convert each slide into a PNG image file.
- From your network browser, open your Picasa account.
- Upload the individual PNG files into a New Album (see below for example).
- Select "Embed Slideshow" (bottom right of browser page).
- A new window will pop up. Choose what size slideshow you want and copy the HTML text provided.
- Paste the HTML text into your website or blog.
- This will create a Flash-based slideshow.
